Goals and outcomes
« I know my strengths, needs and goals. I am able to make the right decisions for my professional future.»
« I now know how to deal with my fears and how to behave under pressure. I can address conflicts and find constructive solutions with my counterpart. »
« I am able to communicate clearly with my staff and can motivate them fairly and sustainably. »
« I give the right tasks to my team and agree the right priorities with them - on site and in the home office. »
« I understand what my team, my peers, my superiors and my customers expect from me and how I can manage these expectations while staying healthy and motivated. »
Formats and methods
Coaching
The individual coaching sessions offer a protected period of time to activate resources and find solutions as well as to work through alternatives and ideas. Together, clear goals are developed, concrete steps are planned and the results and effects are reflected upon. Coaching sessions last about 1 to 1.5 hours and are available online and offline.
Focus Session
For more complex topics that require more time (2-4 hours), the individual Focus Session offers an evaluation of the current situation supplemented e.g. by an optional self-assessment or future scenarios. Previous experiences, personal decision and coping strategies are considered. Where do they still work and where are they obstructive? In such Focus Sessions, an overview is achieved about the current situation, personal needs and longer-term goals.
Reality Check
As in the Focus Session, the Reality Check includes an evaluation of the current situation and future scenarios, but additional sparring elements are integrated: the personal context, organisational dynamics, resistance, changing perspectives and feasibility assessments. A Reality Check takes about 4-8 hours. An individual roadmap including actions, options and a resource planning are developed. A Reality Check is also well suited for teams and groups.
Follow-up
The Follow-up is both sparring and coaching. Together, the relevant topics, areas of tension and conflicting goals are worked out or updated. With the help of transparent criteria, the different challenges are structured and evaluated from various perspectives. In this way, new solutions become visible, in which the ideas and competences of all persons involved can once again work together optimally.
