Team Development
Strengthening teams
& enabling self-organisation
For teams…
-
whose members want to understand their different competencies and personalities better and optimally bring them into their cooperation.
-
that want to better manage their stress and workload and work together healthier.
-
that want to develop open communication and a constructive approach to conflicts.
-
that want to set up well-coordinated decision-making in order to be able to cooperate in an agile and self-organised way.
-
that want to design their cooperation with their customers and to set up continuous learning cycles together with their networks.
Goals and outcomes
« We know our strengths and development needs. In case of strain and stress, we take our colleagues into consideration, act proactively and with commitment. »
« Our communication is transparent. We resolve our conflicts promptly and fairly. Our cooperation is characterised by mutual support and appreciation – even when opinions differ. »
« We can make better decisions as a team and achieve our goals in a self-organised way. »
« We have become more resilient and agile as a team. We recognise difficult phases in time and can adapt our behaviour and performance according to the situation. »
« We talk openly about successes and failures. As a result, we learn from each other and from our mistakes. »
Formats and methods
Team coaching
Team coaching sessions are based on the current topics and needs of the team. They serve to reflect on cooperation and team development. This format is comparable to a retrospective or supervision, whereby the focus is on the past and the upcoming work cycle. These conversations often take place monthly, last about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the size of the team, and are available online and offline.
Team workshop
Individually designed and focused workshops are suitable for in-depth work on a specific aspect of team development or from everyday work: development and coordination of annual goals, role clarification, conflict clarification, distribution of tasks, clarification of interfaces. Concrete measures are developed and, if necessary, the environment is also involved. The format is often used in agile teams as a deep dive, lasts half a day to a whole day and usually takes place 3-4 times a year.
Team retreat
A team retreat offers participants the opportunity for an intensive exchange about fundamental questions and (new) orientations, strategic topics and development processes. It is often about working on organisational transformations and change projects, innovation processes, new forms of work, the positioning or repositioning of the team. This format takes place as required and lasts about 1.5 to 2 days.
